Vegetarian pop-up


In February, the Cheese Factory is relocating to the terrace and giving way to a vegetarian pop-up restaurant providing a chance to (re)discover all the flavors and diversity of this cuisine conducive to a healthy diet. The range of dishes on offer will include experimental menus served by the chefs themselves and the attraction of green cuisine blended with a fusion spirit (smoke, nitrogen and fire). As the saying goes: “we eat first with our eyes”.
