Radius puts the spotlight
on local produce

Radius, the new restaurant at the Victoria-Jungfrau, is sure to delight food lovers. The very name is designed to highlight chef Stefan Beer’s special feature, namely working exclusively with local produce: trout, shrimp, caviar, wagyu, wasabi, duck, pike, venison, herbs, vegetables, berries and honey are sourced within a 50-kilometer radius. A singular, yet above all committed menu. An ode to the producers of the region, and a manifesto for sustainability and gourmet pleasures!
